Join House & Garden on Thursday 10 November, 11.30am-2.30pm, for a talk by the celebrated portrait artist Richard Stone, followed by lunch at the Wallace Collection in Manchester Square, W1, in association with luxury cruise line Seabourn.

Richard has been a portrait painter for over 40 years and has painted members of the Royal Family, as well as personalities including Luciano Pavarotti and Nelson Mandela. Richard will talk about his career, including his association with The Wallace Collection, where he has lectured previously. As Richard explains, 'I have had the opportunity to paint people from all walks of life, young and old. It is a great privilege to be able to step, for a brief time, into the lives of others, to share stories with them and to appreciate life from their point of view.'
