Miso Tasty, a range of authentically produced miso pastes from Japan's Shincho region, was created by chef Bonnie Chung in response to our growing interest in the traditional superfood. The fermented soy-bean paste is packed with antioxidants, protein, vitamin B12 and fibre, and provides umami-rich flavour to your cooking.

Following the success of her range, Bonnie has produced a cookbook to inspire us with ways to use miso. Miso Tasty: The Cookbook (Pavilion, £14.99) includes recipes for spicy miso mayonnaise, green bean salad with walnut miso dressing and even desserts like salty miso caramel tartlets.
